INCLUDES:

•  RV site with electric, water, and septic hook-ups 
•  2 horses per campsite, additional horses are $5 per horse each night
• 8.5x14" map of the local horse trails (see 'Trails' page for links to trails maps you can review before your stay) 
•  Bridle fee for all your horses/mules (we pay to the Forest Service for our customers to ride in Shawnee National Forest)

Bagged pine shavings

The ice comes in 7 pound bags.  You may pay in the office or if you have exact change, there is a PVC tube to the right of the freezer  used for the ice money.  Feel free to use it instead of waiting on us.

This information is important for us to correctly place you in a suitable site.  Our sites are not uniform in size and the number of pens available at each site vary.

Hayes Canyon Campground generally asks for a deposit that is roughly 50% of the stay.  We do not accept debit or credit cards so please mail the deposit to us.  A deposit will guaranty your rental.  If a deposit is not received, we may call and/or email for confirmation but we do reserve the right to assign the rental to another guest in the event of not receiving a deposit.

Please allow us at least 30 days' notice and the deposit will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee.  We cannot guarantee a refund with less than 30 days' notice.  Many people plan their visit months in advance, so the site oftentimes cannot be rented on short notice. 

If a refund of the deposit is due, please provide your mailing address.  We will mail the refund. We can apply the deposit to a future visit as long as a visit is on record.  The $10 cancellation fee may still be charged.

Check-Out: 11am     

Early arrivals may need to park trailer in day parking until site is open.  Late departures may need to move trailer to day parking if site is scheduled to be occupied.

 ** PLEASE ** check with us to see if the site is scheduled to be occupied.  If it is then please pack up and move the trailer to day parking before you leave on your ride.  This will avoid a planned "short" ride turning into a looooong ride and infringing on the folks that are scheduled to stay on your site.

Hayes Canyon does not accept debit or credit cards.  We've researched it extensively and feel that it is too costly.  Please pay with cash or check so that costs may remain as low as possible.
